In the previous article, I wrote a short intro to intermittent fasting (IF). If you are already aware of IF, you may have read or heard of the controversy regarding women not feeling all that great when restricting calories in the morning. Some women report being too alert in the evening, impacting their sleep, adrenal fatigue, irregular menstrual cycles and other hormone dysregulation (1).
